| 145 예수님이 청빈, 정결, 순명의 삶을 영원히 살아가는 사람들이 있기를 바라시는 이유는 무엇인가요?
하느님은 사랑이시며, 그분은 또한 우리의 사랑을 그리워하십니다. 예수님의 삶처럼 하느님을 사랑하는 헌신의 한 형태가 바로 청빈, 정결, 순명의 삶입니다. 이러한 삶을 사는 사람은 하느님과 인간을 위해 자신의 머리와 가슴, 두 손을 내어놓은 것입니다. 914-933, 944-945 사유 재산과 자기 결정권, 혼인과 같은 멋진 선물들을 비롯한 모든 것을 “하늘나라 때문에”(마태 19,12) 하느님에게 바칠 만큼, 예수님이 자신을 완전히 지배하도록 언제나 내맡기는 사람들이 있습니다. 복음적 권고에 따라 청빈, 정결, 순명의 삶을 사는 이 사람들은 이 세상이 전부가 아님을 모든 그리스도교 신자들에게 일깨워줍니다. 인간은 신랑이신 하느님과 ‘얼굴을 마주 보게’ 될 때에야 비로소 영원한 행복을 누리게 된 것입니다. 145 Why does Jesus want there to be Christians who live their whole lives in poverty, unmarried chastity, and obedience? God is love. He longs for our love also. One form of loving surrender to God is to live as Jesus did?poor, chaste, and obedient. Someone who lives in this way has head, heart, and hands free for God and neighbor. 914-933, 944-945 In every age individual Christians let themselves be completely taken over by Jesus, so that “for the sake of the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 19:12) they give everything away for God?even such wonderful gifts as their own property, self-determination, and married love. This life according to the →EVANGELICAL COUNSELS in poverty, →CHASTITY, and obedience shows all Christians that the world is not everything. Only an encounter with the divine Bridegroom “face to face” will ultimately make a person happy. 모든 성인의 통공을 믿나이다. 146 ‘모든 성인의 통공communion’은 무엇을 의미하나요? ‘성인들의 공동체’에는 이미 죽었거나 아직 살아 있는 것과는 상관없이 그리스도에게 희망을 두고 세례를 통해 그분에게 속하게 된 모든 사람들이 소속되어 있습니다. 우리는 그리스도 안에서 한 몸을 이루고 있기에, 하늘과 땅을 아우르는 공동체 속에 살고 있습니다. 946-962 교회는 우리가 생각하는 것보다 더 크고 생동감이 넘칩니다. 교회에는 살아 있는 사람들과 아직 연옥의 정화 과정 중에 있든지 이미 하느님의 영광 속에 있든지 간에 상관없이 세상을 떠난 사람들이 소속되어 있습니다. 또한 아는 사람들과 모르는 사람들, 위대한 성인들과 눈에 띄지 않는 사람들이 모두 소속되어 있습니다. 우리는 죽음을 뛰어넘어 서로를 도울 수 있습니다. 우리의 수호성인이나 좋아하는 성인들뿐만 아니라, 이미 하느님 곁에 있다고 믿는, 이 세상을 떠난 가족들에게도 대신 은혜를 빌어 달라고 청할 수 있습니다. 거꾸로 우리는 우리의 청원 기도를 통해 아직 연옥의 정화 과정 중에 있는 죽은 이들을 도울 수 있습니다. 한 사람 한 사람이 그리스도 안에서 또한 그리스도를 위해 일을 행하거나 고통을 감수하는 것은 모든 이들에게 유익합니다. 이와는 반대로 모든 죄는 공동체에 손상을 입힙니다. “I Believe in . . . the Commof Saints” 146 What does the “commof saints” mean? The “commof saints” is made up of all men who have placed their hope in Christ and belong to him through Baptism, whether they have already died or are still alive. Because in Christ we are one Body we live in a commthat encompasses heaven and earth. 946-962 The Church is larger and more alive than we think. Among her members are the living and the deceased (whether they are still undergoing a process of purification or are already in the glory of God), individuals known and unknown, great saints and inconspicuous persons. We can help one another even beyond the grave. We can call on our patrons and favorite saints, but also our departed relatives and friends whom we believe are already with God. Conversely, by our intercessory prayer, we can come to the aid of our dear departed who are still undergoing purification. Whatever the individual does or suffers in and for Christ benefits all. Conversely, this unfortunately means also that every sin harms the communion. |
