| 177 성사는 왜 신앙을 전제로 하나요?
성사는 마술이 아닙니다. 우리가 신앙 안에서 성사를 이해하고 받아들일 때만 그 효력을 발휘할 수 있습니다. 성사는 신앙을 전제로 할 뿐만 아니라, 신앙을 굳건하게 하고 신앙을 분명하게 드러내기도 합니다. 1122-1126 예수님은 먼저 복음 선포를 통해 사람들의 믿음을 일깨우고 그들에게 세례를 베풀어 당신의 제자로 만들라고 사도들에게 명하셨습니다. 따라서 우리는 교회로부터 신앙과 성사, 이 두 가지를 받게 됩니다. 오늘날에도 우리는 그저 전례 참여나 교적에 이름을 올리는 것을 통해서가 아니라, 올바른 신앙을 받아들임으로써 그리스도교 신자가 됩니다. 우리는 교회로부터 올바른 신앙을 받아들이며 교회는 그것을 보증합니다. 교회의 신앙은 전례를 통해 표현되기 때문에, 성사 예식을 바꾸거나 성직자 개인이나 공동체의 재량에 따라 다루어서는 안 됩니다. 177 Why is faith a prerequisite for the sacraments? →SACRAMENTS are not magic.
